I found what I needed quickly and the pages were easy to understand. Checkout was simple too, but it did hang for a bit on one load. Not saying the website knew I was about to buy and decided to test my patience, but the timing was a little too perfect. Overall, still a decent experience...

I reached out to warranty support and, you know, totally calmly waited way longer than I expected for a reply. When they finally got back to me, the issue still wasn’t fixed, which was definitely not frustrating at all. Overall, not a great experience.

I’ll admit, ollopk.com has a big range of products, and I ended up finding a few things I wasn’t even looking for. It was easy enough to browse around and compare options. That said, I did feel a little misled because some items looked better on the site than they turned out in the details, so I had to double-check everything before feeling comfortable.
